The Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA), an organization headquartered in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, (Toronto, Ontario) founded at the 1901 annual meeting, incorporated by Act of Parliament 27^th February 1913, & given Royal Assent 16^th May 1913 & in 2012 86,000 physicians were members…Who are allowed too kill and/or will stand by (same thing) and say nothing!

Shirley Anne Darville – SAD…started out in tourism; however, choose to raise a family. With achieving this goal, coming out of the Prince Edward Island QEH, retained an infection at birth of 4^th child, to which it was classified as sinus infection; for twelve years I fought, welfare, doctors and the odds with no one in North Wiltshire helping (stealing for us 8 people) us – ‘Come From Away’ – farm on 1.5 acre land. After years of hardship, she had an inexperienced social worker and RCMP kidnap our children and too in 2001 implanted with a rare cancer by doctor! 

Canada's medical watchdogs know more about bad doctors who cross the border than they tell; the CMPA, paid for by the Canadian Taxpayer knows they can get away with 98% of wrong done, medical watchdogs overlook, police don’t respond and College of Physicians and Surgeons via Canada let them kill, infect, experiment, sex with patients until it’s too obvious etc. which is all paid for by The Canadian Taxpayers!

Doctors working stateside (USA) return to Canada where physicians’ colleges in British Columbia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island and Quebec let them keep or renew their medical licenses…as the one who killed Shirley Anne that Dr. Wassim Salamoun, on PEI, who did not solve Anne's misery, covered her murder as did Dr. Stephen Baker, in Halifax QEH, went on honeymoon with under his care and (killed) dying!

Anne's father, killed by doctor in Winnipeg Manitoba (her mother, a doctor’s daughter from USA) 2000 (she in top picture) cause he prescribed too much Warfarin, another doctor told Patty; William Douglas Harper Jr. born in Alberton, Prince Edward Island then 2001 June killed Shirley Anne Darville and covered it with Cancer Treatment September, with me fighting (bottom picture) too keep Anne alive, nobody cares, she died December!
